1. Damaged or Broken Items (Hassle-Free Transit Guarantee)

Ceramics and stoneware are delicate goods. Even with our multi-layer protective packaging, courier mishaps can happen. If your mug arrives cracked, chipped, or shattered:

• You do not need to mail sharp broken pieces back to us.

• Email contact@mugforgellc.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number, a clear photo of the broken item, and a photo of the exterior shipping box.

• Our team will dispatch an immediate replacement at no cost or issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

2. Order Tracking & Delivery Inquiries

We fulfill and dispatch orders exclusively to the United States, Canada, and Turkey. Orders typically require 1 to 3 business days for processing and inspection before being handed over to couriers. Once your label is created, tracking links are emailed automatically. If your tracking has not updated after 4 business days, reach out to us with your order number for a manual carrier status check.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

To keep shipping times fast, our fulfillment workflow begins shortly after checkout. If you need to update an address or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once a package is packaged or handed to the shipping partner, address rerouting is not guaranteed.
