Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship exclusively to addresses located within the United States, Canada, and Turkey. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside these three countries are automatically canceled and refunded.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Every order requires 1 to 3 business days for processing and inspection before leaving our fulfillment center. Once dispatched:

United States: 3 to 7 business days

Turkey: 2 to 5 business days

Canada: 7 to 14 business days
Tracking details are automatically sent to your email address within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We pack and process orders quickly. If you need to make an adjustment or cancel, please email contact@mugforgellc.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a shipping label has been generated or the package is picked up by the courier, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
Product Safety & Care
Are your ceramic mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our everyday ceramic, stoneware, and porcelain mugs are microwave and top-rack dishwasher safe. However:

Hand-washing is strongly recommended for sculptural, 3D novelty pieces, and hand-pinched artisan designs to preserve their finish and structural details.

Mugs featuring delicate metallic accents, luster glazes, or wooden accessories should never be placed in a microwave.

Are your mugs food-safe and lead-free?
Yes. All MUGFORGE LLC drinkware is crafted from high-fired, food-grade ceramics and porcelain. Our products are 100% lead-free, cadmium-free, and safe for daily hot and cold beverages.
Breakage, Returns & Replacements
What if my mug arrives broken or damaged?
We package every fragile item with heavy-duty protective padding, but parcel transit can occasionally be rough. If your order arrives chipped, cracked, or broken:

Take clear photos of the damaged item and the exterior packaging.

Email the photos along with your order number to contact@mugforgellc.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will dispatch a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method—no need to ship broken ceramic shards back to us.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for undamaged, unused mugs in their original protective packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a standard return, contact our support team at contact@mugforgellc.com for return instructions and authorization.
