Thank you for visiting and shopping at MUGFORGE LLC. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to the following destinations:

• United States

• Canada

• Turkey

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside these regions cannot be fulfilled and will be automatically canceled and refunded.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

• If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected supply delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and item weight.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to local customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak postal volume.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is typically active and trackable within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• United States & Turkey: Domestic orders typically do not incur international customs duties.

• Canada & Cross-Border Shipments: MUGFORGE LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

MUGFORGE LLC takes special care in packaging fragile drinkware and mugs. However, if your order arrives damaged, please inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

• Email photos of the damaged item and its original packaging to contact@mugforgellc.com.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
